Navigating bonds between homes, memory and belonging, Sense of Place serves as an exploration of my mother’s first home and mine. Through landscapes, flora and iconography, these memories entangle to form our identity. Bound through memory, building off of each other’s perspective, continuing the other’s story. Together they form a sense of place, serving as a reflection on how one’s belonging is embedded in a series of places.
